Disappointed

Dear Roompot, my beach experience wijk aan zee was the worst experience I faced at Roompot. For two days I wasted time writing emails to talk about change or compensation, but so far no one has responded. I spend a lot of money to enjoy the holidays with my 3 year old son but unfortunately on the chosen date it rained a lot and my son became depressed because he couldnt leave the house. I understand that these circumstances are not up to Roompot to predict and that they are out of your hands, but as I am a frequent customer I think you could do something! It was frustrating for me to see my son crying for a week because he couldnt leave the house and couldnt swim at the beach, which is the thing he loves to do most. I would ask as a reward for a weekend in any house in Zeeland or even the house in Wijk aan Zee. I hope this outburst reaches someone who I can consider the sadness of a mother seeing her son crying because he cant play on the beach.

Nice for short vacation

The house itself was nice. I would really like a air conditioning and it would be better to have also a normal Queens bed instat of kids beds. A dog shower somewhere in the park would be perfect to get the sand out of the fur better. Relax chairs would be better then just normal ones at the balcony. And a sun protection at the balcony would be great as well.

Strandhaus Wijk aan Zee

Es war alles super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war nicht gut bei Ankunft. Der Gestank von der Industrie ist auch nicht besonders gut für Ashtma 😔 Ansonsten war alles gut auch unser Hund war sehr zu Frieden 👍

Schöner Ausblick, dreckige Häuser

Es gab kein Toilettenpapier und keine Willkommenspakete, beides musste erfragt werden. Was hier für unsere Anreise vorbereitet wurde ist mir ein Rätsel. Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, die Handtücher ebenfalls. Auch das Haus war nicht sauber. Das Kochfeld war schmutzig, der Boden sehr sandig. Auch das Geschirr und Besteck, sonstige Utensilien wie die Pfanne waren sehr schmutzig. Das Wasser in der Dusche wechselte ständig die Temperatur. Für diesen Preis sehr enttäuschend. Als ich meine Kritik anbrachte, wurde ich zunächst 10 min stehen gelassen, obwohl sonst niemand an der Rezeption stand und auch das Café noch leer war. Die Lage war super aber das war ja vorher klar. Sauberkeit jedoch 1/10 und überaus enttäuschend.

Ein Paradies.. mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht

Es könnte sauberer sein. Ich wollte mich vor Ort nicht beschweren aber es sollte gründlicher geputzt werden . Ansonsten ein toller Standort. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Aber für den Preis hätte ich es sauberer erwartet.
